Moore Company Realty is pleased to announce that Sys-Con, LLC has purchased the Hilltop Arms Apartment building in the heart of Downtown Montgomery, AL from Kim F. Henderson & Joy Burgress. This iconic facility has been vacant for years and holds a key location in downtown Montgomery, AL.  The Hilltop Arms Apartments building is along the route of the Selma-to-Montgomery march and is near Five Points in the Cottage Hill neighborhood. This is another important step toward the economic security of the downtown business district.

This project joins other key projects that have moved forward downtown such as The Capitol Inn, The Heights, 79 Commerce, and the redevelopment Dexter Ave with the Market District.

Moore Company Realty is proud of the hard work and dedication of Gene Cody, CCIM for brokering The Hilltop Arms Apartment Building.

Moore Company Realty has also recently closed on Camelot Apartments across from the Old Montgomery Mall and has a sale pending on The Historical Grove Court Apartments.

Coldwell Banker Commercial Moore Company Realty to lease and manage two Mountain Brook Office Park buildings and relocate Birmingham office.
(May 2, 2013) –Birmingham, AL- Coldwell Banker Commercial Moore Company Realty (CBCMRC) has taken over the management and leasing of the Bradford 400 and 402 Office Park Drive Buildings located in Mountain Brook Office Park. The two buildings were built in 1972, renovated in 1997 and contain approximately 48,000 sf of office space. Alabama Policy Institute, Scott Dawson Ministries, and Pathology Associates are a few of the tenants currently leasing space in the buildings.

“We are pleased to have the opportunity to manage and lease an office property equipped with state of the art technology to meet the ever changing needs of office tenants,” said Wes Cline, managing partner of CBCMCR.

To further assist in the leasing and management efforts, CBCMCR relocated their Birmingham office to 402 Office Park Drive. There, the company will be able to provide onsite management services as well as increase their office space. CBCMCR moved its current Birmingham based employees from their previous office located at 2 Office Park Circle. The larger office space will give the company room for growth.

Two Exciting New Transactions

Real estate broker Gene Cody of Coldwell Banker Commercial Moore Company Realty represented Korean cuisine restaurant, Gangnam BBQ Inc. in the purchase of the former Hooters building located at 2701 Eastern Blvd. Montgomery, AL.


Gene Cody also leased 2,835 sq ft or office space located at 7123 Halcyon Blvd Montgomery, AL to Great American Insurance, Co. Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the Landlord and Jones Lang Lassalle represented Great American Insurance in the transaction.
