Current Responsibilities
Based in the Baldwin County, AL office, Emily is part of the company’s team for the Gulf Coast. Emily has thorough experience working within the retail branch of commercial real estate, including tenant representation, landlord representation, development and capital markets. She joined Moore Company Realty in 2024 and focuses on retail tenant representation and agency leasing.
With over 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Emily has developed a vast knowledge of the local and regional key players and markets in the Southeast and Gulf Coast. Prior to joining Moore Company Realty, Emily worked in asset management for a regional development firm, handling acquisitions, dispositions, site selection and lease negotiations.
- Emily graduated from Sewanee: The University of the South where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with a concentration in International Politics.
- She is currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is pursuing her CCIM designation. Emily is licensed in Alabama, Mississippi, Florida and Louisiana.
