Elizabeth Dean, CPM

Elizabeth Dean has been a Broker since 1995 and Certified Property Manager designee since 1986. She is the Past President of Alabama CPM Chapters 43 & 75, and is currently Vice President for Moore Property Management, LLC. Formerly employed by shopping center developer HelmsRoark, Inc., Elizabeth was responsible for as many as twenty-three shopping centers and office properties containing over 2,800,000 S.F. including an REIT portfolio for Regency Centers. She also served as property manager for Colonial Properties, Inc., and as a Property Manager Consultant for large office properties in Orlando, FL. Elizabeth is currently managing eleven shopping centers containing approximately 600,000 S.F. and twelve office buildings containing approximately 443,000 S.F.
