Sims Herron

Based in the Birmingham office, Sims has thorough knowledge of retail and industrial real estate throughout the state of Alabama. He has represented a wide range of users including c-stores, healthcare, and multiple franchisees. Sims has extensive understanding of growing markets throughout the state and is currently using it to assist multiple national tenants to expand their footprint, both in the retail and industrial real estate sectors.

Sims graduated with a degree in Business Management & Leadership from Samford University. His local market knowledge and dedication to putting the client first has made him quickly become an asset to not only his brokerage team, but to multiple national developers, tenants and landlords.

He is currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is pursuing his CCIM designation.
